Applicants must have received a Manchester Scholarship Foundation Traditional Scholarship in June 2020 to be eligible for this Jarvis Memorial Scholarship.

What is your program of study or your intended major?

Attach a copy of your Official Transcript showing ALL final grades for the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 courses.  Cumulative grade point average must appear on this document.

If your college does not allow you to send an official transcript on-line, an official transcript can be mailed to

Attach a copy of your college financial aid award statement for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Optional:  You may attach a letter noting any particular changes over the past year that may impact your future financial needs.
